Our customer review system for florists starts with a mobile application that works on Apple devices. A shop takes a photograph after an arrangement is made. The app automatically sends the image with a customized message to the flower buyer. The consumer receives a shop branded email, the photograph, and a request to give a review. When a customer writes a review it appears on a customized webpage. Potential and current customers gain access to the reviews from your shop's homepage.
